What happens when ChemPrint cannot identify a substance?

When the ChemPrint device is connected to it's USB port, data is transferred to Escent.  Data for substances that cannot be identified is copied for further analysis.  Once analysis is complete, and the substance is identified, that data is added to the ChemPrint substance library.

The next time you connect your ChemPrint device to the USB prt for an update, the updated library will be added to your ChemPrint device.

In this manner, the number of substances your ChemPrint device can identify will increase.  The substance library grows based on all ChemPrint users.
