We ship products two (2) weeks after your order has been approved.  When possible, we fulfill your order sooner.  Keep in mind that the shipping promise begins after the order is approved, not when the order is placed. 

We may have issues to resolve during the order review process.   The "clock isn't started" until we approve and release your order to our warehouses.
